Training is basically given to Enhance the Employee's Performance and Skills which in turn leads to productivity and Efficiency. It also updates the staff's Banking Knowledge regards the schemes offered, Regulations and industry trends. Training gives Confidence to handle & Resolve the customers Grievances. It creates an awareness among the staff regarding data protection & other regulations. With this in mind Shikalgar Sahkari Patpedhis staff members were provided phase wise training.

- Two Branch Managers & CEO took 3 days Training from 24.01.24 to 26.01.24 in Ukesh Resort, Khopoli. It was organised by Pathsanstha Federation, Mulund.

- 6 of our staff members attended 3 days training from 28.1.24 to 30.1.24 in Jogeshwari which was conducted by Sahkar Bharti Sahkar Prashikshan, Karad.

- AntarRashtriya Sahkar Varsh was celebrated on 16th March 25 and our 2 managers attended it in YB Chavan Hall, Mumbai.

- Similarly, 2 days training was organised on 28/29 Dec, 2024 for the staff members as well as the Directors in Hotel Lemon Premier, Malad. It was meticulously planned and Executed. The programme was inaugurated by Shrimati JayShree Soma Panchal, Director, Mumbai Sahkari Board.

The Eminent speakers who delivered Lectures were as follows:-

• ○ Advocate Mahendra Kharat - Regulatory Body provisions, Audit Category wise, Human Relationships in Institutions.
• ○ Advocate Sandeep Jadhav - Loan Recovery.
• ○ Advocate Ram Pise - Model Loan Disbursement.

It was systematically Organised under the agies of Maharashtra Rajya Sahkari Sangh Maryadit, Pune by Mumbai Sahkari Board Ltd. This training was one of its kind organised in a Lavish Hotel, with all top notch facilities right from classroom to breakfast and lunch.

This was the first training given to the Directors since inception of the Patpedhi. The Aim being that Directors should be aware of the Rules, Regulations prevailing in Banking industry. Also intense lectures on recovery being the hot topic for almost all Banking sector was very well explained by advocates with examples which made the sessions very interesting & lively.

It was a successful training and such type of training hence forth will be organized every year.
