Customers Birthday Celebration

Birthdays are very special and Every one likes to be wished on that day. It makes the person happy & Content to know that he is being remembered on that particular day. In order to make our customers feel great and happy this initiative was started by our Chairman in 2024 so that the customers Loyalty and bonding remains with our Patpedhi. Every month there are few Birthday of customers so on that particular day our Chairmans signed Birthday Card is personally given to the customer along with a Rose. And at the End of that month All Birthday Boys/Girls are invited to the Branch and Cake is cut by them. Photos are taken and the customer appreciates it. There have been many instances when our representer has personally met the Birthday person & he is shocked & says he himself had forgotten it was his Birthday, so we can say this initiative has really created a bonding.
